Recruitment process

Offer of employment

A candidate selected for employment will be made a formal verbal offer of employment, upon verbally accepting the offer of employment they will then receive their offer in writing, including details on when and where to commence training as a recruit firefighter.

Successful candidates will be expected to attend an induction evening prior to the commencement of the recruit course.

Once a candidate receives an offer of employment they will be required to obtain a Heavy Rigid licence. Further details will be provided during the offer of employment.
